Fresh · CleanFresh, Clean and Chemical-Free Microgreens grown with Care. Delivered Live to you for Maximum Freshness and Flavour.
Fresh ManoHarb microgreens, harvested close to delivery and brought to homes, kitchens and tables across Patiala and surrounding areas.
ManoHarb grows a rotating harvest of organic microgreens — from peppery radish to fragrant basil — in small, closely tended batches. No synthetic pesticides, no long cold-storage chains: each tray is cut close to the day it reaches you.
Every variety has its own rhythm. Radish and mustard are ready inside a week; basil and cilantro take their time over ten to fourteen days. We grow to that rhythm rather than rushing it.
Microgreens can contain four to forty times more nutrients than their fully-grown counterparts — the same vegetable, concentrated into its first true leaves.
